<p>A composition for hydrous external-use adhesive patch which contains a specific amount of an alkyl acrylate compound; and an adhesive patch comprising the composition. Due to the incorporation of a specific amount of the alkyl acrylate compound, which has a specific structure, the composition can give a hydrous external-use patch which, even when the mass amount of a plaster contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the patch is small, has satisfactory tackiness over long even in re-application. The layer can be inhibited from suffering the hardening accompanying a loss of water. The patch can be inhibited from decreasing in flexibility. It is inhibited from suffering substrate breakage upon stripping.</p> |
