An improved pneumatic resistor tool is provided to be kept or transported by making a user fold easily in order to put the pneumatic resistor tool into the golf bag or the bat for baseball bag of user and transport the pneumatic resistor tool easily and to be easily adhered to golf club(14) or shaft(12) of bat for baseball. A pneumatic resistor tool is folded periphery and is a form for fixing separably on the shaft of the golf club or the bat for baseball and contains central hub extended to an axial direction. A central hub(18) comprises an plurality of semi-cylindrical hub areas(22, 24) extended to a vertical direction. Each hub area has an arc inner surface(26) formed to coincide with a shape of a different peripheral part of the shaft.
