An input unit reacting to a sound is provided to input a key value automatically if a size of an electric signal outputted from a microphone is a predetermined size or more. A microphone(11) outputs a sound as an electric signal. A microprocessor(12) includes a comparison determination circuit. The comparison determination circuit compares and determines the size of the electric signal outputted from the microphone. A switch(13) can start and stop the output of the microprocessor.
