摘要

A mushroom bed cultivation method of Lyophyllum shimeji is provided to perform the fruiting body primordium formation under the clean environment and to transfer the culture material to the mushroom growing facility of the remote site. A mushroom bed cultivation method of Lyophyllum shimeji comprises a step for performing optical irradiation to a culture medium for the mycobiota cultivation; and a step for performing the fruiting body primordium formation during the cultivation.
