A turret for the machine tool is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and to easily mount a bite by forming a plurality of depression grooves in which all kinds of the bites are inserted and fixed through the clamping means of the radial shape. A turret for the machine tool is comprised of the rotation turret(1) in which all kinds of the slot cutters is mounted on circumference through a plurality of tool holders. The multiple depression groove in which all kinds of the bytes(10) is inserted and fixed through the clamping means(2) of the radial shape is built up at the circumference of the forward flat(11) of the rotation turret. Each depression groove is formed at the interval of the tool holder mounted on the circumference of the rotation turret.
