The element i.e. elongated plate shaped electrical apparatus support (100), has an opening (110) including a circular part (112) i.e. locking hole, for permitting passage of a fixation screw. A nozzle disc (150) partially closes the circular part and has a guiding and centering hole (151) in its center, where the disc is made of plastic material. The hole (151) is aligned at a center (A) of the circular part and attached to an edge of the circular part by a breakable or detachable connection (154). The disc has a thickness less than that of the element.
