<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless LAN access point apparatus capable of accurately intercepting data transmitted/received via a radio communication path. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless LAN access point apparatus exchanges data with a radio terminal via a radio communication path and includes a radio communication means for exchanging data and a communication intercepting means for intercepting the data exchanged. The radio communication means exchanges data with the radio terminal via the radio communication path.
