<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a driving torque of a stirring-conveying means from increasing by developer plugging in accompaniment to discharge of an excessive developer, and to prevent toner from being coagulated thereby, by simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This developing device is provided with a developing housing 51 for storing a developer comprising a carrier and the toner, a developer holding body 52 for holding-conveying the developer, a plurality of rotary conveying parts 56, 57 extended along an axial direction of the developer holding body 52, and for stirring-conveying the developer, a developer circulation route R1 for circulation-conveying the developer, and a developer discharge port Do provided with a space from a communication port portion along the rotary conveying part 56, in a longitudinal-directional one-end side of the developer circulation route R1, and for discharging the developer, and a developer by-pass route R2 for feeding back the excessive developer stayed in the developer discharge port Do to the developer circulation route R1 is formed further in a downstream of the developer discharge port Do inside the developing housing 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
