EVALUATION METHOD FOR BURDEN IN CONTAINER OPENING OPERATION, BURDEN EVALUATION APPARATUS, LID OF SCREW OPENING TYPE CONTAINER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND CONTAINER MAIN BODY OF SCREW OPENING TYPE CONTAINER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate how a consumer subjectively evaluates a developed article actually by making it possible to objectively and quantitatively evaluate openability of a container targeting a container accompanied by an opening operation by clamping and rotating operations.

SOLUTION: The evaluation method for burden in the container opening operation has a first process of fixing a container main body and a lid so as not to open in the state of sealing a container in which the lid to be opened by twisting is put on the mouth part of the container main body, a second process of measuring change in the muscle potential of a skeletal muscle and a change in open-torque when the operation of opening the container main body is performed from the state of not applying force to the state of applying the maximum force, and a third process of calculating the correlation of the open-torque and the maximum muscle force ratio indicated by expression (1): (1) the maximum muscle force ratio = the muscle potential accompanying the opening operation/the muscle potential in the maximum voluntary isometric contraction.
