SYSTEM FOR WRITING DATA INTO NONVOLATILE STORAGE DEVICE, AND NONVOLATILE STORAGE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce TAT and facilitate processing when writing protected data into a large number of nonvolatile storage devices.

SOLUTION: The system for writing data into a nonvolatile storage device is provided with a nonvolatile storage device and host equipment for writing data into the nonvolatile storage device. The nonvolatile storage device has: a storage area for storing data in a nonvolatile state; a normal writing function for writing write data from the host into the storage area; a media key unique to the nonvolatile storage device; and an encryption writing function for encrypting the write data from the host with the media key and write it into the storage area as protected data. The host equipment has: a normal writing instruction function for giving writing instruction to the nonvolatile storage device to use the normal writing function; and an encryption writing instruction function for giving writing instruction to the nonvolatile storage device to use the encryption writing function.
