<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying control system, a carrying control method, and a carrying control program for carrying treated products from a treatment device in a previous process to a treatment device in the next process so as to efficiently use a plurality of half-treated product shelves which store the treated products before treated by the treatment devices in a production line. <P>SOLUTION: The carrying control system comprises a plurality of carrying means 2 for carrying treated products, a half-treated product shelf managing means 6 for managing the plurality of half-treated product shelves 4, a carrying destination determining means 10 for determining a carrying destination, a relay shelf managing means 7 for managing one or more relay shelves 5 storing the treated products to be relayed between the plurality of carrying means 2, a half-treated product shelf reserving means 8 for reserving the half-treated product shelves 4, a relay shelf reserving means 9 for reserving the relay shelves 5, and a carrying control means 11 for controlling the treated products to be carried to the carrying destination while repeating such treatment that the reserving means 8 or 9 reserves one half-treated product shelf 4 or relay shelf 5 selected as a go-through point to the carrying destination and the carrying means 2 carries the treated products to the reserved half-treated product shelf 4 or relay shelf 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
