A pressure control valve is provided to simplify a structure and reduce manufacturing cost by using a poppet and an elastic member made of a flexible material. A pressure control valve comprises the following units. A body(100) includes a sealing end in an inner face. A nipple(200) has a separation-proof end for an elastic material in an inner face. A poppet(300) is equipped with a taper part(310) in an end part, a plurality of passage grooves in an outer face, and an elastic material stopping sill in an inner face. An elastic member(400) transfers a fluid from the body toward the nipple through the passage groove of the poppet.
