The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device capable of forming a narrow bezel and improving an aperture ratio by arranging two gate wires to be overlapped in a driving structure with a zigzag inversion to reduce the number of data wires. The liquid crystal display device according to the present invention includes a plurality of data wires, a plurality of gate wires which cross the data wires, pixel electrodes which are arranged in a matrix, and thin film transistors which are formed in an intersection between the data wires and the gate wires. Two pixel electrodes are arranged between two data wires. At least two pixel electrodes in any one row are connected to the same data wire. Two adjacent gate wires are arranged between the pixel electrodes of two adjacent rows. Two adjacent gate wires are vertically overlapped by interposing an insulation layer. |
