<p>The present invention relates to a pattern roll to manufacture a beadlees diffusion film and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention does not use beads in a diffusion film, thereby providing the diffusion film which can reduce material costs compared to an existing method, can perform uniform light diffusion by arranging a bead type pattern randomly, ensures long life and improves productivity by using a metal mold material, and drastically reduces manufacturing costs. To this end, the pattern roll to manufacture the beadlees diffusion film comprises: a cylinder unit made of metal materials; and an intaglio pattern unit formed on an external surface of the cylinder unit.</p> |
