The invention concerns an automatic fryer with a vertical, removable frying tub (1), comprising a vapour- and odour-purifying system (26), formed in turn by a condensation system (25) having at least one condenser (3), connected to an activated carbon filter (5), and further comprising an extractor (12) which guides the outlet flow to a mixing chamber (11), where the flow is mixed with an ozone flow (15) generated in an ozone-generator (9), a purified flow (7) leaving the mixing chamber (11) and being expelled outside the fryer. |
