<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for detecting a water leakage position in a water storage facility, which is difficult to be detected by a normal method. <P>SOLUTION: The water leakage detection apparatus is composed of a water shielding container 1 opening only at a bottom, a through hole opened at a position other than the bottom of the water shielding container 1 and a flow velocity meter 2 attached to the through hole. The water shielding container 1 is suspended underwater, the bottom of the water shielding container 1 is placed on a water bottom to intercept a peripheral water flow and a water flow in the water shielding container 1 is measured by the flow velocity meter 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
