<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric module in which pyroelectricity measurements, which is effective even in a step for mounting a piezoelectric material on a circuit board etc., is made.SOLUTION: In a piezoelectric transformer 10 serving as a piezoelectric module, a piezoelectric ceramic 12 is stored in a case body 14 and primary side electrodes 12a and a secondary side electrode 12b are respectively connected with primary side terminals 18a and a secondary side terminal 20 through conductive wires 16 in the state that the piezoelectric ceramic 12 is stored in the case body 14. A conductive coat 24 is formed on an outer surface of the case body 14. The conductive coat 24 connects the two primary side terminals 18a on the case body 14. Particularly, formation of the conductive coat 24 allows a value of resistance provided to a point between the primary side electrodes 12a to be set in a predetermined resistance value range.</p> |
