A device comprising a housing and a cell block material, wherein the housing has a first end which is adapted to engage with sampling means via a gas tight fit, at least part of the cell block material is positioned within the housing such that, in use, the cell block material is in fluid connection with the sampling means, and the cell block material protrudes from the first end of the housing such that, in use, the cell block material extends into the sampling means. |
