A halite block mat and a manufacture method thereof are provided without the damage to the corners of block panels. A method for manufacturing a halite block mat comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing 40wt% of powdered loess, 20wt% of powdered charcoal and 20wt% of powdered elvan; adding halite and water in a ratio of 50:50 to the mixed powder and heating the mixture at 100°C; kneading the mixture; and pouring the mixture into a mold and drying the molded mixture under a lamp with more than 250W such that the completed product can discharge far infrared rays and negative ions. The product represents a block mat. The mold prevents the block mat from being damaged, particularly the corners.
