<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document output device and the like for completing processing of applying document data to a document form for printing in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The document output device includes: a field value analyzing unit 104 for, when there exits a field whose cover rate is equal to or more than a reference value in an output history, storing the field as a fixed value field; a path 1 processing unit 101 for, when the value of the fixed value field in document text data is registered in an intermediate template parameter table, storing an intermediate template number in storage means as a processing procedure list; an intermediate processing unit 102 for creating an intermediate template from a value pertinent to the fixed value field on document form data, and for storing the intermediate template in the storage means; a path 2 processing unit 103 for, when the intermediate template number is stored in the processing procedure list, reading the intermediate template corresponding to the intermediate template number, and for generating document output data; and printing means 14 for printing out the document output data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
