<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-sized unfoldable structure including a developing apparatus the size and weight of which can allow the developing apparatus to be transported to a space and in which the developing and the connection of panel units are performed in the space to form a planar, huge and large-sized unfoldable structure. <P>SOLUTION: The large-sized unfoldable structure includes: the developing apparatus 30 which is used for unfolding a panel unit 2 that is formed to have a housed state by connecting a plurality of panel bodies 10 to one another while using one side of the panel body as a bendable node, bending the adjacent panel bodies 10 at the node, folding them so that they contact closely with each other, and which moves the panel unit to an unfolding direction and unfolds the panel body 10 of the housed state successively from one end of the panel unit; a telescopic diagonal material for keeping a planar attitude of the unfolded panel body 10; and a connection mechanism for connecting the unfolded panel body 10 to the existing panel unit 5 adjacent to the direction having a crossing with the unfolding direction. The connection mechanism is constituted so that when the panel unit 2 is unfolded by the developing apparatus 30, the panel body 10 which is unfolded previously and keeps the planar attitude is connected to the existing panel unit 5 adjacent thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
