PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a timing controller of a synchrotron in which the current value of an electron beam can be maintained at a substantially constant level by making an electron beam impinge on a required bucket additionally even if the instantaneous value of the current value of an electron beam is not measured. SOLUTION: A timing controller 5 is connected with a synchrotron 1 comprising an electron gun 6 which outputs an electron beam upon receiving a trigger signal t, and a trigger generator 11 which outputs the trigger signal t to the electron gun 6 so as to output an electron beam to a bucket number specified by a bucket signal b upon receiving a beam permission signal e and the bucket signal b.
