PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbid water treatment apparatus in which the extreme pH decrease in an aggregation reaction chamber is inhibited, the good state of aggregation is obtained, and the pH at the time of discharge can be also fitted to a standard in the treatment of turbid water generated by tunnel excavation. SOLUTION: The turbid water treatment apparatus includes: a raw water tank 1 which stores muddy water generated from a tunnel excavation field as a raw water; an aggregation reaction chamber 3; a sedimentation tank 2; a pH indicator controller 16 provided on the aggregation reaction chamber 3; a neutralizing agent addition apparatus 6 which adds a neutralizing agent to the raw water in the route between the raw water tank and the aggregation reaction chamber; and an arithmetic control unit 17 which compares the detected pH value of a pH indicating controller with a threshold value, and makes a neutralizing agent addition apparatus perform the addition operation of the neutralizing agent when the detected pH value is over the threshold value, wherein the arithmetic and control unit compares the acid side extreme value of the raw water pH with the setting pH lower limit just before the neutralizing agent addition apparatus performs the addition operation, and makes the amount of the neutralizing agent added from the neutralizing agent addition apparatus change based on the deviation.
