PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag separately packaging a hard content such as pasta or instant noodle having sharp ends and further generally packed in a cardboard box or the like for transportation or the like that is superior in pinhole resistance and fruther that is superior in tear-open characteristic. SOLUTION: The packaging bag includes a laminated body having a base material layer and a thermo-adhesive resin layer. The packaging bag is sealed at a peripheral edge thermo-adhesive portion with the thermo-adhesive resin layers facing each other. In the packaging bag, a release layer is provided between the base material layer and the thermo-adhesive resin layer, and the release layer is formed with a grid pattern having an applied portion where a release agent is applied and an non-applied portion where the release agent is not applied.
