FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. Kirschner's wires are introduced perpendicularly to bone axis and distal base of Ilizarov apparatus is assembled at the level 1/3 of bone length higher than level of maximal occlusion, more proximal to which 1 or 2 more wire intersections are made and 1 or 2 more supports are mounted depending on the length of operated limb part. Kirschner's wires are subjected to vibrational impact with frequency 50 Hz and amplitude 0.5 mm daily 3 times a day for 10-15 min during 30 days starting from the fourth day after operation. ^ EFFECT: improvement of blood flow in affected limb arteries, reduction of traumaticity, elimination of post-operation complications, reduction of treatment terms. ^ 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
