A manner rearview mirror device including a rearview image display monitor is provided to minimize the shift of driver's view while driving by mounting the monitor unit on the ceiling of the driver seat. A manner rearview mirror device comprises a left camera(200), a right camera, a rearview camera(400), and a monitor unit(100). The left and right cameras are installed on the front outside of a vehicle(10) to capture left and right images behind the vehicle. The rearview camera is installed on the ceiling(15) of the rear seat. The monitor unit is installed on the ceiling of the driver seat to display the images transmitted from the cameras. The cameras are selected by a joystick and controlled in angle by an angle control plate.
