An electronic document generating apparatus producing the electronic document, an electronic document production method and a storage media generating the electronic document are provided to improve the precision when copy or search the data by using a relative position. A compensation unit(302) obtains a compensation image by compensating a first image. A character recognizing unit(303) obtains text data by implementing a text recognition process about a plurality of text pixels. The relative position is obtained about each character image of the first image from a baseline. An electronic document generating unit(305) produces the electronic document including the first image and text data. The location of the text data is described based on the relative location.
