The present invention relates to a frontend module having a cavity for accommodating a main integration circuit for wireless communication and a wireless communication apparatus using the same. The frontend module according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted on one side of a main substrate of the wireless communication apparatus. The frontend module includes a module substrate unit including a module substrate on which the cavity in a specific shape is formed inside and a circuit unit including the frontend circuit mounted on one side of the module substrate. The module substrate unit is fixed to the main substrate to embed the main integration circuit of the wireless communication apparatus within the cavity.
