<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cemented carbide mechanical seal and, more specifically, a method for manufacturing a cemented carbide mechanical seal which improves corrosion resistance and wear resistance of an upper ring pellet by using a cemented carbide. The method for manufacturing a cemented carbide mechanical seal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a step for preparing cemented carbide powder; a step for molding a ring shape molded article of the upper part of a cemented carbide by using the cemented carbide powder; a step for forming a ring pellet of the upper part of the cemented carbide by sintering the ring shape molded article; a step for forming a complex ring by bonding an upper ring pellet to the upper surface of a lower ring made of stainless steel or from a steel material; and a step for performing diffuse-bonding in a bonding layer including the cemented carbide upper ring pellet and an interface of the lower ring by heating the complex ring in a vacuum furnace.</p> |
