<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent irregular base plate which can enhance the Jsc without lowering the Voc and FF when it is used as the base plate of a thin film solar cell, and can enhance the conversion efficiency of the thin film solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The translucent irregular base plate has a ground layer 2 containing at least two types of particles, i.e. large particles and small particles, each fixed onto the ground surface, i.e. one principal surface of the base plate 1, with a binder. The large particles have an average grain size of 0.4-1.5μm, and exist as a single layer in the ground layer so that the particle coverage of the base plate is 10-80%. The small particles have an average grain size of 50-150 nm, and the amount of the small particles existing above the large particles is 20% or less of the amount of the small particles existing in other parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
