<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device which normally can be used as an opening and closing device for management, even when it is equipped with a mechanical opening-and-closing-body stop device. <P>SOLUTION: A shutter apparatus is equipped with a mechanical shutter-curtain-stop device for mechanically stopping the closing movement of a shutter curtain when abutting on an obstacle midway through the closing movement of the shutter curtain, which is an opening and closing body, in an emergency such as in occurrence of a disaster. A control device 27 constituting a control means 26 of the shutter apparatus controls driving of an opening and closing machine 13, which is a drive unit, in normal times. The control device 27 is equipped with an opening and closing machine drive control circuit 28 which controls for electrically stopping the closing movement of the shutter curtain and controls for opening the shutter curtain by the driving force of the opening and closing machine 13, after the stop control, when an electric obstacle detector 174 as an electric obstacle detection means detects the obstacle while the shutter curtain is moved for closing by the driving force of the opening and closing machine 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
