Thus, a labyrinth structure (11A) is arranged. Shape parameters of the labyrinth structure (11A) are set. The groove angle theta, the groove depth D and the pitches P of the grooves are set to be: 15 degrees<=theta<=40 degrees, 0.2 millimeter<=D<=0.6 millimeter, and 0.2 millimeter<=P<=0.6 millimeter.
