PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tableware washing and drying machine capable of suppressing scattering of water outside a housing even when a user moves an object to be washed in his or her hand during washing or rinsing.SOLUTION: A tableware washing and drying machine includes: a housing 100 in which a washing chamber 110 communicated with the outside through an opening 111 is formed; water supply means for ejecting a water flow from a water flow port 303 formed on the internal wall surface of the washing chamber 110; air blowing means for ejecting only an air flow from an air blowing port 203 formed at a place closer to the opening 111 than the water flow port 303 in the internal wall surface of the washing chamber 110; and control means for controlling the water supply means and the air blowing means so as to cause the ejection of the water flow from the water flow port 303 and the ejection of the air flow from the air blowing port 203 to be performed simultaneously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
