PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon mooring device capable of mooring a large balloon, without size increase of a motor and drum of a winding device.SOLUTION: A balloon mooring device 1 of the invention comprises: a balloon 10; a mooring cable 20 connected to the balloon 10; a winding device 34 for unwinding and winding the mooring cable 20; an engagement part 40 disposed on the mooring cable 20 between the balloon 10 and the winding device 34; and stretch members 50, 51 connected to the engagement part 40 and stretching the mooring cable 20. In the balloon mooring device 1 of the invention, length of the mooring cable 20 between the winding device 34 and the engagement part 40 when the balloon 10 is moored, is longer than distance between the winding device 34 and the engagement part 40, preferably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
