A superposed rotary ring (55) has a cam path parallel to a cutting plane and an oblique direction. A cam is rotationally integrated with a blade-carrier via a pin that is parallel to a common axis (X) of the ring and another superposed rotary ring (57) and pivotally mounted on the latter ring. |
