The present invention relates to a heat balance and design program, a system for diagnosing and controlling an incineration plant by analyzing an operation type of an operator in the incineration plant, a system for managing the plant life cycle of the incineration plant, and a method thereof. The present invention is provided to compare and analyze an initial design value (a) of the incineration plant, an actual measured value (b) which measures the properties and the heating value of waste which is different from the installation of the incineration plant, and an operation value (c) which means an operation control value operated by a real operation source and an output value which is an operation result value and analyze the operation type of the operation source, thereby improving operation efficiency. The present invention relates to the heat balance and design program, the system for diagnosing and controlling the incineration plant by analyzing the operation type of the operator in the incineration plant, and the system for managing the plant life cycle of the incineration plant comprising a database and a server. The database stores the operation value (c) which is offered through a man machine interface (MMI) by being sensed by an incineration plant operation sensor (10) which senses the operation value of the incineration plant comprising first combustion air amount, second combustion air amount, grate movement speed, temperature, discharge gas amount, and stem amount outputted by the operation source; the design value (a) which is calculated by the heat balance program according to the design of the incineration plant; and the actual measured value (b) which is constructed by the design according to the operation of the incineration plant at a constant time. The server extracts the design value, the actual measured value, and operation value based on data stored in the database and extracts/offers the design value, the actual measured value, and operation value as the data comprising a graph type and a table type capable of comparison. |
