Provided is a semiconductor device including a cyclic redundancy check function comprising a first mode and a second mode to determine whether the cyclic redundancy check function is used; determining whether the cyclic redundancy check function is used by setting mode resister set (MRS) in the first mode; and determining whether the cyclic redundancy check function is used in the driving of a memory by toggling of an external signal in the second mode. According to this, the semiconductor device may change a CRC function in the operating of the memory. |
