The present invention relates to a floor construction structure using magnets for a building that can prevent heat loss, improve a heating effect, and provide a health improving effect for a user. The floor construction structure includes a buffer mat (20) laid on the top surface of a base slab (S) of the building to absorb impact and intercept noise; a support frame (30) installed on the top surface of the buffer mat (20); a hot water pipe holder (40) that is a long member fixed to the top surface of the support frame (30), and has a U-shaped hot water mounting groove (40a) provided in the longitudinal direction thereof in order for a hot water pipe (P) to be fitted to the U-shaped hot water mounting groove; a magnet (80) attached to the hot water pipe holder (40) by a magnetic force; the hot water pipe (P) fitted to the hot water pipe mounting groove, through which hot water heated by a boiler flows; and a cement mortar placed on the upper portion of the buffer mat (20) to cover the hot water pipe (P). |
