<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal pigment composition wherein in the case of using the composition for an aqueous coating material, an aqueous ink and the like, the amount of hydrogen gas generated during storage is small providing excellent storage stability, and the brightness and the hiding property and the flip-flop feeling of the coating film are excellent. <P>SOLUTION: The metal pigment composition contains: a phosphorus-containing metal compound obtained by reacting one or two or more metal oxide-based compounds selected from the group consisting of metal oxides, alkaline metal salts of metal oxides, and ammonium salts of metal oxides, with one or two or more phosphorus compounds; and a metal pigment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
