<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon capable of flying to a destination independently of which way the wind blows and preventing the propane gas flame of a heat source for floating from catching a balloon envelope. <P>SOLUTION: The heat source for floating is changed from conventional propane gas flame to the combination of the exhaust heat of an electric heater and a mover for generating electric power, and the balloon is provided with a blower to blow warm air into the balloon.
