PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition comprising a urethane (meth) acrylate composition that can form a cured coating film that has a low curing shrinkage and is resistant to curling, and also has excellent flexibility, and a coating agent prepared therewith.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable resin composition comprises a urethane (meth) acrylate composition (C) obtained by the reaction between a hydroxy group in a (meth) acrylic acid adduct (A) of dipentaerythritol with a hydroxyl value of 60 mgKOH/g or more and an isocyanate group of polyvalent isocyanate (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
