PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polypeptides that can elicit antibodies binding to T-cell stimulating protein B (TspB) of N. meningitidis, and to provide methods of use.SOLUTION: The invention provides an isolated polypeptide which comprises a consecutive amino acid sequence with at least 95% amino acid sequence identity to a particular sequence, and is shorter than the full-length mature amino acid sequence of TspB by at least 200 amino acids.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
