PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag designed to form an outlet by laterally tearing it from a side sealing part, the packaging bag being able to prevent tearing in an unintended direction and able to make it easy to cut off a grip piece.SOLUTION: A packaging bag is formed by heat-sealing a film, has at least a front surface and a back surface, and is designed such that an accommodation space for accommodating contents is defined by being surrounded with the film. The packaging bag comprises: at least right and left side sealing parts 4 and 3; and a partition wall sealing part 8 defining an outlet 7 by use of the one side sealing part 3 and provided so as not to reach the lower end of the accommodation space. The partition wall sealing part 8 is provided with a through-hole 9. The through-hole 9 is composed of an upper portion 9a and a lower portion 9b. The upper portion 9a has an upward tapering shape.
