PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a newly configured X-ray apparatus capable of reducing vibration and noise.SOLUTION: An X-ray apparatus 1 comprises: an X-ray tube 3 emitting an X-ray; a case 2 having a wall portion 2b covering the X-ray tube 3 with a gap and constituting chambers accommodating the X-ray tube 3 and liquid; and a support member 7 having an elastic portion interposed between the X-ray tube 3 and the wall portion 2b so as to surround the X-ray tube 3 and being provided with opening portions 7d causing both sides of the chambers partitioned to communicate with each other while partitioning the chambers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
