PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin laminate manufacturing method having a surface layer excellent in antistatic property, scratch resistance, transparency and infrared ray-blocking property at high productivity with less environmental load. SOLUTION: The resin laminate manufacturing method includes: a first step of applying to a mold, a photo-curing resin mixture including a compound having at least two (meth)acryloyloxy groups in a molecule, and curing the mixture by photo-irradiation to form a cured film layer; a second step of applying a water-based coating material including a functional compound and an anionic surfactant to the cured film layer, and forming a functional layer to form a multi-film layer; a third step of facing the surfaces of the mold on which the multi-film layer is formed and of other mold, respectively so that the surface on which the multi-film layer is formed becomes inside to make a mold; a fourth step of injecting a resin raw material into the mold to form a resin substrate by cast polymerization; and a fifth step of peeling from the mold, a resin laminate in which the multi-film layer is laminated on the resin substrate.
