PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device allowing a formwork and a platform to be easily and efficiently relocated upward, and to provide a relocating method. SOLUTION: A formwork device 1 for use in constructing a concrete wall 45 comprises a formwork 2 to be installed at a concrete placing position of the concrete wall 45 and a platform 15 to be integrally attached to an outside of the formwork 2. Since the platform 15 is attached to the outside of the formwork 2, the center of gravity of the formwork device 1 can be arranged at outside of the formwork 2, allowing the formwork device to be tilted from a suspending direction when the formwork device 1 is suspended.
