The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a thermoelectric material of Zn_4Sb_3 alloys with excellent thermoelectric characteristics and mechanical characteristics. The method of manufacturing a thermoelectric material of Zn_4Sb_3 alloys according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: providing raw materials for manufacturing a thermoelectric material of Zn_4Sb_3 alloys; forming powder of Zn_4Sb_3 alloys by rapidly solidifying the raw materials for manufacturing a thermoelectric material of Zn_4Sb_3 alloys by using gas automization; and forming the thermoelectric material of Zn_4Sb_3 alloys by molding the powder of Zn_4Sb_3 alloys.
