The present invention relates to a composition for alleviating atopic dermatitis, containing, as an active ingredient, a cinnamon oil extract fermented by Phellinus baumii. It is possible to create synergistic effects via solid fermentation using Phellinus baumii, in order to increase antioxidant activity of the extract by means of the solid fermentation and also to increase anti-inflammatory activity using an animal model with atopic dermatitis.
