The present invention relates to a heat resistant steel with excellent high temperature strength and oxidation strength, comprising: 0.2-0.4 wt% of carbon (C); 0.5-1.0 wt% of silicon (Si); 0.3-0.8 wt% of manganese (Mn); 0.7-1.0 wt% of nickel (Ni); 17-23 wt% of chromium (Cr); 0.5-1.0 wt% of niobium (Nb); 1.5-2.0 wt% of tungsten (W); 0.2-0.5 wt% of vanadium (V); 0.05-0.1 wt% of cerium (Ce); 0.05-0.1 wt% of nitrogen (N); and the remaining consisting of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities. As such, since the present invention has excellent high temperature strength and oxidation strength, the present invention is capable of being applied to an exhaust manifold, a turbine housing, and an exhaust manifold-integrated turbine housing of a high-powered engine requiring excellent material properties in a tough condition. |
