PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management support system of a building facility for managing execution/nonexecution of maintenance work for a facility device based on the maintenance work schedule of the facility device and turning-ON or OFF of a maintenance switch provided in the facility device.SOLUTION: A monitor young 5 that has received the ON information and release information of maintenance switches 2aS to 2nS provided in facility devices 2a to 2n from a terminal device 3 stores the reception time of the ON information and the release information in maintenance work start time 6D6 and maintenance work end time 6D7 in a work data table 6D including the maintenance work scheduled start time 6D4, the maintenance work scheduled end time 6D5, the maintenance work start time 6D6, and the maintenance work end time 6D7 of the facility devices 2a to 2n, and the facility devices 2a to 2b the time of which is yet to be stored in the maintenance start time 6D6 even when the time stored in the maintenance work scheduled end time 6D5 is reached are reported as a maintenance work delay to start points for carrying out maintenance work of the facility devices 2a to 2n.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
